Photoshop Tutorials : Lesson # 7: Rotating the image

Choose Image > Rotate Canvas

From the sub-menu choose one of: 180, 90 CW or 90 CCW degrees, Arbitrary (you specify the degrees), Flip Horizontal or Flip Vertical.

The picture will rotate accordingly.

Save the document.
